Theatrical Accounts must adhere to the Account Service Rules as detailed below:

1.  All garments must come in free of jewelry and other adornments (suspenders, belts, etc.) and all pockets must be empty of props.

2.  A performance calendar indicating all show dates and times, including a final show date, and any schedule changes for holidays, must accompany this application.  For those productions with an open ended run, one week notice must be given in order to cancel service.  Failure to cancel service will result in a $50 surcharge to the account.

3.  24 hours notice must be given in the event of an unexpected schedule change.  Failure to provide notice of a schedule change will result in a $50 surcharge to the account in the event our driver is dispatched for a pickup that is unavailable.

4.  A one hour window is required for all pick up and delivery times.
